All purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars. Actual charges may vary based on your banks policies, charges and rates.

International Customs Charges and Duties

International (outside Australia) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government for specific details.

Large Sales

Product Availability

Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items may be temporarily out-of-stock. We will do our best to ensure prompt delivery and contact you should your purchase be delayed.

In-Stock Items

Our order process commences as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be shipped once it is located in stock, your payment is approved, and your receiving address is verified.

Delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address. Please note that our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

Orders

You may place an Order by following the instructions on the Website. Your Order will be submitted by completing payment details and pressing the “enter payment” button. Orders will be deemed to have been received by The Bluppe Group at the time The Bluppe Group (miibag.com) sends an Order confirmation to your nominated e-mail address.

Each Order (once accepted) represents a separate Agreement incorporating the terms of that Order.

Domestic Australian orders should arrive within one week if product is in stock.

International Orders

We are happy to accept international orders. All international orders are shipped by Air Post. As soon as your order is despatched you will be notified by email. Track and trace information is not available with Air Post packages. International shipments take approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery from the date of despatch, depending on shipping location.

Alternate arrangements for priority International freight can be made by contacting us at: miiorder@miibag.com ideally prior to, or immediately upon placing your order. Additional freight charges will be billed as required after confirmation of acceptance.
